At our little corner of the book world, we take pride in getting your chosen stories to you quickly, safely, and with the same care we’d give to a treasured novel from our own shelves.
Returns Policy
We hope you’ll love your books as much as we do, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
Timeframe
You’re welcome to return your order within 14 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange. Books must be in their original condition — unread and in the same packaging we sent them in.
How to return a book
- Send us a quick email at contact@cosmotales.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll reply with the return address and any extra details you might need.
- Wrap the book up snugly (we don’t want it catching any creases on the journey back).
Return postage
- If we’ve made an error or your book arrives damaged, we’ll happily cover the cost of return postage.
- If you’ve simply changed your mind, you’ll need to cover the return postage yourself.
Refunds
Once your return arrives back with us, we’ll process your refund within 5 working days to your original payment method. We’ll drop you an email to confirm once it’s done.
